It was interesting to note how liberating it can be, though I think if more photographers did self portraits in nudes they would get a better understanding on how much it matters to communicate and be upfront. If you are capturing art in fine art nudes vs. sexuality (even sexuality should be discussed in detail to ensure everyone is on the same page), those two are different areas of studies and so don't be that asshole who coerces models out of their comfort zone.
So please be upfront in what you are looking to shoot when inquiring and respect boundaries.
