Ordering Instructions:

 

All Digital and Darkroom Prints are Custom Printed and Matted in-studio by the artist.

Shipping & Handling is all inclusive in the price and all materials used are archival.

​

1) Once an order is made, an invoice will be e-mailed and orders are finalized once payment is received within 24-48 hours. If payment is not received within 48-hours, the order is cancelled.

2) Payment Methods Accepted Online:

• CASH APP

• VENMO

• PAYPAL

3) When submitting payment, reference the Invoice # in the memo line.

​

4) Timeframe:

• Orders are completed within 1-3 days and then mailed out via Standard Shipping during the weekday (estimated shipping, 5-7 business days). A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped out and a confirmation email is sent.

5) Refund Policy:

• Once an order is mailed out, the order is non-refundable. Please note, if a refund is approved due to an unforeseen circumstance/emergency, a refund minus the shipping cost will be provided. Therefore please email a cancellation request as soon as possible if attempting to cancel (sergio@naret.photography).
