i just knew it was. it shined and glowed, or my eyes were deceiving me. either way, i am so glad i took my time walking to the metro. right then and there I decided, and so i snapped away to the passing fall leaves and trees. whatever stood out, i made sure to record in a very calculated manner.
since it was morning, around 8:30 am, a little over an hour after the sunrise, i suppose the atmosphere was melting and warming up and it intensified the light. i enjoyed editing this and i was going for soft, pop colors.
composition wise, as you can see, i used the clear skies to my advantage for negative space, as i wanted the trees to stand out and feel free. from there i proceeded to work my composition until i felt satisfied with the minimized surroundings (i treated them like shapes in a puzzle).
