Near Hains Point with Shaun and Tim. Washington DC. 2018

Large Format Camera 4x5 || 210mm Lens • Kodak Tmax 100 (D76 1:1)

This was 4-minutes and Tim kept count, since we had both set up similar shots and my phone's battery was dead. I set my shot closer to the bridge, since I wanted to focus on the curve of the structure that you notice about 1/3 on the left, and we both waited until we could hear the train approaching.

This one goes well with the one I posted earlier in July "Towards L'Enfant Plaza", which was taken a couple feet, but from the left side of the bridge. And though taken at different intervals, the flight of planes and the passing train make them feel connected :)

Overall this was a great night. I remember before picking my shots, that I saw where Shaun and Tim were and decided to shoot where they weren't, or made sure to look for other possibilities.
